If Your Delivery Fails
If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.
If you do not collect or arrange re-delivery within 4 days, then the package will be returned to us. If you then require the package to be re-posted you will be charged the postage cost.
(Please note it can take up to 10 days for the package to be returned to us)
Returns Information
We are happy to accept returns for goods that are faulty or damaged on delivery.
To return an item you must contact us by phone.
Please Attach Name, Contact Number & Order Number when returning an item.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
(That does't include any rope unless it's damaged in any way)
We will Not Accept Returns on any rope if you have miss calculated the length OR Diameter you require. So Please take the time to measure Up before ordering.
